Menu Plan Monday


I'm a little early this week, but I tend to do all of my menu planning either Friday or Saturday so I can shop during the weekend. We are being very budget-conscious and somewhat healthy again this week.

And here is the menu:

Monday
Breakfast – Hard Boiled Eggs & Fresh Fruit
Lunch – Turkey & Cheese on whole grain white (J), Soup & toasted cheese (A)
Dinner – BBQ Chicken Pizza

Tuesday
Breakfast – Hard Boiled Eggs & Fresh Fruit
Lunch – Turkey & Cheese on whole grain white (J), Soup & toasted cheese (A)
Dinner – Spaghetti & Meatballs, applesauce


Wednesday
Breakfast – Hard Boiled Eggs & Fresh Fruit
Lunch – Grilled chicken slices on whole wheat buns (J), tortellini soup (A)
Dinner – Chicken Skillet Dinner

Thursday
Breakfast – Hard Boiled Eggs & Fresh Fruit
Lunch – Grilled chicken slices on whole wheat bun (J), tortellini soup (A)
Dinner – Pork Chops & Parmesan Potato Wedges, frozen veggies

Friday
Breakfast – Hard Boiled Eggs & Fresh Fruit
Lunch – Turkey on whole grain white (J), tortellini soup (A)
Dinner – OUT
