Menu Plan Monday


We are committed to eating HEALTHIER this week!  So our menu reflects that.  I hope we can keep it up!

Monday
Breakfast – Hard Boiled Eggs & Fresh Fruit
Lunch – Turkey & Cheese on whole grain white (J), Chicken Caesar Salad (A)
Dinner – Beef Dip Sandwiches & Roasted Veggies


Tuesday
Breakfast – Hard Boiled Eggs & Fresh Fruit
Lunch – Turkey & Cheese on whole grain white (J), Chicken Caesar Salad (A)
Dinner – Chicken quarters on grill, roasted red potatoes, Caprese Salad

Wednesday
Breakfast – Hard Boiled Eggs & Fresh Fruit
Lunch – Grilled chicken slices on whole wheat buns (J), tortellini soup (A)
Dinner – Pork tenderloin with peach-de-gallo

Thursday
Breakfast – Hard Boiled Eggs & Fresh Fruit
Lunch – Grilled chicken slices on whole wheat bun (J), tortellini soup (A)
Dinner – Chicken Parmesan, noodles

Friday
Breakfast – Hard Boiled Eggs & Fresh Fruit
Lunch – Turkey on whole grain white (J), tortellini soup (A)
Dinner – Steak on grill, roasted veggies
