Menu Plan Monday - 6-25-12

I am down another 1.8 pounds for a total of 7.2!  Things are going well!  Here are some more recipes to keep me motivated:

Monday - Grilled cheeseburger wraps, potatoes, veggies
Tuesday - Baked sweet & sour chicken, brown rice, broccoli
Wednesday - Herb crusted pork chops, potatoes, veggies
Thursday - Lowfat baked pasta with spinach
Friday - BBQ Salmon, salad

Weekend - Blueberry Yogurt Waffles
